Recipes for the Road

Beef Jerky
Ingredients
Your Favorite Steak
Cloves (1 Teaspoon)
Lemon Grass Paste
Garlic Paste
Ginger Paste
Cliantro Paste
Rice Wine Vinegar

Instructions
Put the steak in the freezer 2-3 Minutes
Slice the Steak on the bias (40 slices)
Put in a bowl
Put the Mix together to Taste (do what you think tastes good)
Place the steak in the Bowl
Marinate for 2 hours (24 is better, but I’m impatient)

Place the steak on the cooking sheet
Cook at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes
Let cool and enjoy 🙂
